These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RouteReach mobile application ("App"), services, and features provided by RouteReach ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Use of the App
You may use RouteReach only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including campaigns, team management, and data shared.
You agree not to:
Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
Interfere with the App or its servers.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts.
Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content without permission.

Account Registration
To use the App, you may be required to create an account with accurate and complete information.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

Campaigns and Team Management
RouteReach allows you to create campaigns (yard signs, postcards, door hangers), track team routes, and manage earnings.
You are responsible for ensuring your team members are informed about and consent to location tracking.
All earnings calculations, placement logs, and completion data are provided based on information collected by the App.
RouteReach is not responsible for disputes between team members regarding earnings or campaign data.

Location Tracking
The App collects real-time GPS location data from team members for campaign tracking and route management.
By using the App, you consent to location tracking while the App is in use, including optional background tracking if enabled.
Location data is shared only with your team or necessary service providers and is never sold.

User Content
You retain ownership of the data you upload or generate through the App, but you grant RouteReach a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it to provide and improve services.
You are responsible for the content you share, including campaign details, images, and messages.
RouteReach may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

Payments and Earnings
The App includes features to calculate team member earnings based on campaigns completed.
RouteReach does not manage or distribute actual payments unless explicitly specified in the App.
Any disputes regarding payments between users or team members are your responsibility.

Privacy
Use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share personal and location data. By using the App, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Prohibited Uses
You may not use the App to:
Harass, threaten, or abuse others.
Attempt to manipulate earnings, routes, or campaign data.
Introduce malicious software or disrupt App functionality.
Circumvent restrictions or security features.

Intellectual Property
All content, logos, graphics, and software in the App are the property of RouteReach or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" and "as available." RouteReach does not guarantee accuracy of campaign data or earnings calculations.
We are not responsible for any damages arising from use of the App, including lost revenue, incorrect placements, or team disputes.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RouteReach and its affiliates, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the App.
Your sole remedy is to stop using the App if you disagree with any feature or content.

Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms.
You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting support.
Termination does not affect obligations incurred prior to termination, including payment disputes or legal liabilities.

Modifications to the App or Terms
RouteReach may update the App, features, or Terms at any time.
Material changes to these Terms will be communicated via the App or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in New Jersey.
